Where is my order?
Every order is confirmed and processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes a further 12–25 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. If five business days have gone by without one, send us your order number below and we'll chase it up for you.
What is your returns policy?
Anything faulty, damaged or not as described is covered under Australian Consumer Law — contact us and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Simply changed your mind? Return it within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging, with return postage at your cost. Full conditions are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Why does delivery take a few weeks?
Our range is sourced internationally rather than from a local warehouse, so parcels travel further than a domestic order would. It's what keeps our prices where they are, and we'd rather give you the real timeframe upfront than an optimistic one at checkout.
Is it safe to pay on this site?
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, the same provider used by many of the world's largest online retailers. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by us.
Do you take wholesale or bulk orders?
We do — party packs, school and classroom orders, events and market stalls are all welcome. Choose "Wholesale or bulk order" below with rough quantities and the date you need them by, and we'll come back to you with pricing and a realistic timeline.
