Where's my order?
Orders are placed with our supplier within 1–3 business days, then take 12–25 business days to arrive. You'll get a tracking link by email once it ships. If it's been more than 5 business days with no tracking, tell us your order number below.
Can I return something?
Faulty, damaged or not as described — always, under Australian Consumer Law. Changed your mind — within 14 days, unused and in original packaging, with return postage on you. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
Why does shipping take a few weeks?
We ship direct from our supplier rather than holding local stock. It keeps prices down but adds transit time. We'd rather tell you that upfront than surprise you at checkout.
Do you do wholesale or bulk orders?
