When you place an order, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and order details. If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address. We also collect basic analytics data (like which pages were visited) through our hosting provider.
We use this information to process and ship your order, send you order and shipping updates, and respond if you contact us about a return or issue. We'll only send marketing emails if you've opted in via the newsletter signup — never otherwise.
Your payment details go directly to our payment processor to charge your card — we never see or store your card details ourselves. Your name and shipping address are passed to our overseas supplier so they can fulfil and ship your order directly to you. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, and basic traffic analytics may be processed through their platform.
We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) on this site to understand how visitors use it and to measure and improve our advertising. It works by placing a cookie in your browser and sharing limited information about your visit — such as which pages you viewed, products you looked at or added to your cart, and purchases you completed — with Meta. Meta may use this information in line with their own Data Policy. You can opt out of this kind of tracking through your browser's cookie settings, an ad blocker, or Meta's own ad preferences.
